What this website collects, why, who helps us run it, and your choices.

Spectre Software Solutions LLC ("S2olutions", "we"), of Lorain, Ohio, runs s2olutions.com. This page covers this website, its request-access form and developer application, and email you send us. It is not legal advice.
Spectre Spaces, the app, has its own Spectre Spaces privacy page. It also covers Plan Shop and the other lead forms that deliver into an agency's space.
What we collect
- Request access (/access): your name, work email, agency or company, role, team size, the product you're interested in, and an optional note.
- Developer application (/developers): your name, email, a GitHub or portfolio link, how you work, what you'd build, and your three confirmations.
- Email you send us: what you write and your address.
- Technical information: Cloudflare, our host, receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it. With each form we store only the country Cloudflare reports for the request. We don't store your IP address, your browser details, or the spam-check token.
Neither form is an insurance application. Please don't put health information in the note.
How we use it
To answer your request, decide whether Spectre Spaces fits your agency, review developer applications, keep the forms free of spam, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. We don't use it for advertising.
How we sort requests
Jev, an AI model from TypeSafe, reads parts of each submission to help us sort it: for access requests, the agency name, role, team size, product, and note; for developer applications, the description of what you'd build. Jev doesn't see your name or email. It only adds labels. A person at S2olutions reads every request and makes every decision. We don't use your submission to train any AI model.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare: hosts this site, stores submissions, runs the Turnstile spam check (it reads technical signals from your browser and checks your IP address), and delivers the alert email each submission sends to our team inbox.
- TypeSafe: runs Jev, as described above.
- Our email provider: holds the alert emails and our replies.
We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. This site has no advertising pixels or analytics trackers. We share information beyond these providers only when the law requires it, to protect people or the site, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, where this page keeps applying.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and applications while we evaluate them and stay in touch, and delete them when you ask or when we no longer need them. There is no automatic timer. We keep private backup copies, and a deletion request covers those too.
Cookies and your device
This site sets no cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme and your motion choice in your browser's storage, and that never leaves your device. The two form pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs its check in your browser.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, a strict content security policy, and a spam check on every form. Only the people who answer requests can see submissions. No method is perfect. If a security incident affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your choices
Email privacy@s2olutions.com to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, or to stop hearing from us. Where a state law gives you more rights, such as getting a copy, we honor them. We confirm who you are first, answer within 45 days, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying.
Children
This site is for businesses and developers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
