These terms cover s2olutions.com, run by Spectre Software Solutions LLC ("S2olutions", "we"), of Lorain, Ohio. By using the site, you agree to them. They don't give personal legal advice.

Spectre Spaces, including Pemby and Pembys in Spaces, has its own Spectre Spaces terms. Spectre Pays, Spectre Stage, and consulting work are covered by the agreement for that work.

This site

The site describes our products. It's general information, not insurance, legal, or financial advice. Spectre Spaces is in pilot, and features described as coming are plans, not promises of a date.

Requests and applications

Requesting access doesn't create an account or an agreement. We may approve or decline any request. A developer application doesn't create a job, a contract, or access; if we approve you, separate developer terms come with your credentials. Send only true information you're allowed to share, and nothing about other people's health.

Using the site

  • Don't send automated or bulk submissions, or try to get around the spam check.
  • Don't try to break, overload, or probe the site or its API.
  • Don't copy the site's design, text, or code for another site, or scrape it.

Our names and content

The site, its text, design, and code belong to Spectre Software Solutions LLC. S2olutions™, Spectre Spaces™, Spectre Pays™, and Spectre Stage™ are common-law trademarks; see the marks charter. Product screens on this site are illustrations with sample data.

Links to other sites, such as X or GitHub, are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise that it always will be.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, S2olutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

Ohio law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Lorain County, Ohio.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
